Kickoff & Opening Session

Start your ELI journey with inspiration, connection, and vision. In this opening session led by Avivit Ohana, Founder & CEO of ELI, we’ll explore what Jewish leadership looks like today and how this program will help you take your next bold step forward. You’ll also get to meet your cohort - Jewish business leaders and changemakers from around the world - and begin building the global network that will support you long after the program ends.

CEO at a Young Age & Your High-Tech First Steps 

Shahar Peled, Co-Founder and CEO at Terra Security, will impart valuable insights on the CEO's role. He will underscore the essential skills and qualities necessary for success in this position. Additionally, Shahar will provide guidance on navigating the dynamic landscape of the high-tech industry, offering a recipe for success and practical advice for budding entrepreneurs.

Personal Branding in the Digital Age

Lirone Glikman, a global business development consultant specializing in networking and personal branding in the Digital Age, will lead this session. With expertise in assisting entrepreneurs, startups, and professionals in corporations achieve their business objectives through relationship-building, brand management, and business development strategies, she will delve into the topic of Personal Branding in the Digital Age.

Making Decisions in the Founder's Journey

Jonathan Shoshani, Founder & CEO of TrainLit Ltd., will lead an interactive session where you will step into the shoes of an entrepreneur and make key decisions on this journey. Through a unique app, you will experience real-world choices, such as when to take risks, when to play it safe, and where entrepreneurs often go wrong. Jonathan will guide you in navigating uncertainty, making informed decisions under pressure, and avoiding common mistakes. By the end of the session, you will walk away with practical tools for entrepreneurship and a deeper understanding of what it takes to succeed.

Navigating the Venture Capital World: Investing in Startups and Emerging Technologies

Alon Cinamon, Director of Investments at Viola Ventures, Israel’s leading technology investment group, will lead an insightful session on the venture capital world and investing in startups. You will gain a deep understanding of the startup investment process, key factors that drive successful investments, and the challenges VCs face in identifying promising companies. Through Alon’s expertise, they will learn how to evaluate opportunities, make strategic decisions, and understand the dynamic nature of the tech ecosystem.

Ofir Richman, Lecturer and Head of Extracurricular & International Programs at the Adelson School of Entrepreneurship, Reichman University, will lead a session on the concept of "Product as Marketing." Learn how to use your product as a powerful marketing tool to attract customers, drive growth, and build your brand. Ofir will share insights from his experience in digital marketing and entrepreneurship, focusing on how product design, user experience, and innovation can become integral elements of your marketing strategy.

Building and Scaling Startups: Models for Success in B2B vs. B2C

Polina Shapiro, Co-Founder & COO at TipMaster, will lead an insightful session on the different models for startups, focusing on the key differences between B2B and B2C businesses. We will explore the unique challenges and opportunities each model presents. You will learn about the strategies and approaches that work best for each model, and gain valuable insights into scaling operations, customer acquisition, and long-term growth. Inbal Rahav, Global Startup Growth & Ecosystem Partnerships Expert and CEO of the Israel-Austria Chamber of Commerce & Industry, will lead a session on developing a strong go-to-market strategy for startups looking to scale globally, with a focus on the European market. Inbal will guide you through the essential steps of market entry, customer acquisition, and building strategic partnerships. You’ll learn how to adapt your product, messaging, and approach for different regions, ensuring success both in Europe and beyond. You’ll have practical tools to refine your global go-to-market strategy and position your startup for growth in international markets.
